Congress has the ability to get to the facts of the Camp lejeune tainted water issue. This ability has always been there at the hands of our congressional members for years. The endless dog and pony show displayed by congress, has got to stop and the right question needs to be asked and answered, in regards to and issue as great as the Camp Lejeune contaminated drinking water that stems back from 1948 through 1987. The congressional members probe should first start with DON, (IH) reports from 1948 - 1987. The Department of the Navy, industrial hazard reports, is key to getting the correct answer to the important who, what, when and why of the Camp lejeune contaminated drinking water questions. These records can and should be shared with the news media for full transparency. With the release of ATSDR water model chapter A report dated March 15, 2013, congress looks futher behind the issue than ever. Congress hasn't been asking the right questions nor recieving the correct answers, even in the newly released atsdr chapter A report, chemical was left out of the report, that was clearly toxins in Camp lejeune water well system. Toxins such as Lead, Mercury and DDT, was among those toxin omitted from these reports, but was found to be above max allowable levels in Camp lejeune drinking water.
